GENERAL SHIPPING:
All GIFT BOXES will be shipped out the next business day via UPS Ground for a small fee of $5.00! Woot woot! Please take a look at the map here to estimate delivery times (within 1 to 6 business days). You may also select UPS Next Day Air (add $45 to the cost of the box). You will receive an email with a tracking number, to be able to track the package as it makes its way to your student.
Please note, all packages destined to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
CORRECT ADDRESS:
Please plz pleeeease make sure you have the correctly formatted mailing address! Check with your student to confirm…double check…then triple check! We are not responsible for tardy or undelivered packages due to an incomplete or inaccurate address. UPS does not ship to PO Boxes, but if a physical address of a college/university is provided along with a College Box number it should be no problem.
SHIPPING TO PO BOXES:
If you provide us with a PO Box address, the GIFT BOX will automatically be shipped via USPS Priority. You will still receive a shipping confirmation email with a confirmation number (to see when the package has been delivered) but will not be able to track it through the travel process.
FUTURE DELIVERY DATES:
If you would like to have your GIFT BOX arrive on a particular date, please specify in the "Special Instructions" box during check out. Appropriate shipping rates will apply.
PLZ BE AWARE:
Most colleges and universities have a general mail room to which mail arrives and is then redistributed to personal mail boxes. The shipping times reflect the delivery to the address you provide us`. Mail distribution policies usually vary between most colleges and universities; so please allow a little extra time for your student to have your package in hand, as he/she might not get notified until a day after the package arrives at the college/university. You might even want to give them a heads up that they should be expecting something to arrive; so the package does not sit in the mailbox forevaaaa!
RETURNS:
TheCollegeGift Box.com guarantees all of our GIFT BOXES but if for any reason you or the recipient are unsatisfied with our product please follow these steps:
- Get in touch with us within 3 business days after delivery to report the issue (Returns@TheCollegeGiftBox.com or 1.888.790.7002). If you fail to contact us within the allotted time, no refund/replacement will be granted.
- Return fully intact package in question in order for a refund or replacement to be processed. Please do so within 15 days of delivery.
